IMPORTANT

It is important to have a heavy hammer and use enough force so that you will have a deep punch.

It is recommended to practice punching on other surfaces before punching the actual Pipe to get an idea about the force to be applied on each stamp to get a better output.

HOW TO PUNCH

Step 1

Count the letters/numbers of the seed phrase that you have, select the stamps from the box, draw a straight line with a marker (not included )on each column of pipe(small)and use this line as a marking to place the stamps so that every word will be aligned perfectly.

Step 2

Wipe the Stainless Steel Pipe (small) and stamps (only the bottom part of stamp) with the lemon wipe included to remove dust or any other substances from it.

Step 3

Place the metal pipe on your work surface apply a small amount of pressure on the stamp with your fingers in downward direction and tap it with the hammer (not included) select the next stamp for the corresponding letter repeat the process until each word has finished.

Step 4

Once you have finished punching the seed words use the remaining lemon wipe to remove any dust or other substance formed while punching, then insert the pipe (small) into the second pipe ( Big) make sure the holes are in same side.

Step 5

As a final step unlock the padlock with the keys provided and insert the shackle through the holes (refer the images for more details) lock the padlock with the key.

SECURE

This wallet comes with 2 Tamper stickers, these stickers are used to seal the padlock inside the envelope when broken or replaced, they will indicate whether the Seed wallet backup has been opened.

By this you have added a 4 layer security to your wallet, we have provided 3 keys with the padlock the intention is that either you can keep all three keys in different locations or you can keep 1 key with you and give 2 keys to the people you trust. Your wallet will only open all the keys come together

If you are not comfortable with stamps or if you want to customise anything on the plate we have metal plates with Manual engraving pen and electric etching pen.

SECONDARY BACKUP

We highly recommend you to have friends/family (secondary) backup for your wallet. On a secondary backup 2 metal plates are provided, 2 of them are to input your seed phrase, you can either give it to 2 relatives/trusted people (12 seed words each)by this method you can access your wallet even in emergency situations. Your wallet will only open if two of the plates come together.
