IMPORTANT

It is important to have a heavy hammer and use enough force so that you will have a deep punch.

HOW TO PUNCH USING (A – Z) STAMP SET

Step 1

It is recommended to practice punching on the steel plate (included) before punching the actual plate to get an idea about the force to be applied on each stamps to get a better output.

Step 2

Count the letters/numbers of the seed phrase that you have, select the stamps from the box, draw a straight line with a pencil (not included) over the metal correspond to the number on metal plate so that every word will be aligned perfectly.

Step 3

Wipe the metal plates and stamps (only the bottom part of stamp) with the lemon wipe included to remove dust or any other substances from it.

Step 4

Place the metal plate on Jewellers block (not included) apply a small amount of pressure on the stamp with your fingers in downward direction and tap it with the hammer (not included) select the next stamp for the corresponding letter repeat the process until each word has finished.

HOW TO PUNCH USING NUMBER STAMP SET

IMPORTANT

Only punch your BIP39 seed words correspond to numbers (ledger/trezor standard) on to the metal plate so that nobody will ever know what does that number mean without the encryption method you have used,

Select the number stamps correspond your seed word, draw a straight line with a pencil (not included) over the metal plate so that every number punched will be aligned perfectly. Stick a tape to the plate and attach it to the punching block so that the plate won’t move when you punch.

Step 3

Wipe the metal plate and number stamps (only the bottom part of stamp) with the lemon wipe included to remove dust or any other substances from it.

Step 4

Place the metal plate on Jewellers block (not included) apply a small amount of pressure on the stamp with your fingers in downward direction and tap it with the hammer (not included) select the next stamp for the corresponding number repeat the process until each word has finished.

HOW TO ENGRAVE WITH ETCHING PEN

IMPORTANT

Do not etch the seed word by holding the plate with one hand and etch with the other, To make it easier, we recommend you to place it on a flat surface (Jewellers block) so that you will get a better and precise output.

HOW TO ENGRAVE

Step 1

It is recommended to practice etching in other surfaces before starting with the actual plate so that you will get an idea about how etch properly and how much pressure to be applied on the pen while etching.

Step 2

Wipe the metal plates with the lemon wipe (included) to remove dust or any other substances from the plate for a better output.

Step 3.

Place the metal plate on Jewellers block( not included) and draw straight-line correspond to each number on the plate to get your seed phrase of similar size, take the etching pen and hold it like the regular pen as per your comfort, make sure plate won’t move when you start etching repeat the process until each word has finished.

HOW TO ENGRAVE WITH ELECTRIC PEN

HOW TO USE

Step 1

It is recommended to practice engraving in other surfaces before starting with the actual plate so that you will get an idea about how to engrave properly and how much pressure to be applied on the pen while engraving.

Step 2

Unscrew your engraving pen and insert 2 AA batteries into it , insert the removed part from the engraver and tight it well .Wipe the metal plates with the lemon wipe (included) to remove dust or any other substances from the plate for a better output.

Step 3.

Place the metal plate on Jewellers block( not included) and draw straight-line correspond to each number on the plate to get your seed phrase of similar size, start the Engraver by pressing the on/off button located on the grip side and start engraving, make sure plate won’t move when you start engraving, repeat the process until each word has finished.

NOTE

We highly recommend you to have friends/family (secondary) backup for your wallet. On a secondary backup 2 metal plates are provided, 2 of them are to input your seed phrase, you can either give it to 2 relatives/trusted people (12 seed words each)by this method you can access your wallet even in emergency situations. Your wallet will only open if two of the plates come together.
