IMPORTANT

Do not Scribe the seed word by holding the plate with one hand and scribing with the other, To make it easier to scribe your Mnemonic phrase we recommend you to place it on a flat surface(Jewellers block)so that you will get a better and precise output.

HOW TO USE

It is recommended to practice scribing in other surfaces before scribing the actual plate so that you will get an idea about how to scribe properly and much pressure to be applied on the pen while scribing.

Step 1

Wipe the metal plates with the lemon wipe (included) to remove dust or any other substances from the plate for a better output.

Step 2.

Place the metal plate on Jewellers block( not included) and draw straight-line on each column to get your seed phrase of similar size, then press the plate in downward direction make sure it won’t move when you start scribing

Step 3.

Take the scribing pen hold it like the usual pen and start scribing each letter of your seed phrase on to the metal plate repeat the process until each word has finished.

SECURE

Once you have scribed the seed word you can cover it with the cover plate (not included) use the tamper sticker to stick both plates together (2 stickers provided with the purchase with unique serial number on each ) to add another layer of security to your backup plates.Insert the metal plate into the envelope (included) and store it in a safe place, only retrieve it if your secondary backup is compromised.

By this you can create a primary backup to your wallet.

NOTE

It will take a little effort and some time to scribe your seed phrase to the metal plate, if you have any difficulty holding the pen we have metal plates with punching tool to make it easier for you.

We highly recommend you to have friends/family (secondary) backup for your wallet. On a secondary backup 2 metal plates are provided, 2 of them are to input your seed phrase, you can either give it to 2 relatives/trusted people (12 seed words each)by this method you can access your wallet even in emergency situations.

Your wallet will only open if two of the plates come together.
