IMPORTANT

Do not engrave the seed word by holding the plate with one hand and engraving with the other, To make it easier, we recommend you to place it on a flat surface (Jewellers block) so that you will get a better and precise output.

HOW TO USE

Step 1

It is recommended to practice engraving in other surfaces before engraving the actual plate so that you will get an idea about how to engrave properly and how much pressure to be applied on the pen while engraving.

Step 2

Unscrew your engraving pen and insert 2 AA batteries into it ,wipe the metal plates with the lemon wipe (included) to remove dust or any other substances from the plate for a better output.

Step 3.

Place the metal plate on Jewellers block( not included) and draw straight-line on each column to get your seed phrase of similar size, start the Engraver by pressing the on/off button located on the grip side and start engraving, make sure plate won’t move when you start engraving, repeat the process until both plate has finished.

Once you have scribed the seed word you can cover it with the cover plate (Included) use the tamper sticker to stick both plates together (4 stickers provided with the purchase with unique serial number on each )

To add another layer of security insert the finished plates to the 2 envelop (included) and stick it with the tamper sticker then you can either give it to 2 relatives/trusted people (12 seed words each). By this method you have a secondary backup to your wallet, even in emergency situations your wallet will be accessible by the people you trust.

Wallet will only open only if 2 keys come together

NOTE

Decentralised seed storage is advised to be used as a secondary backup we highly recommend that you have primary backup to your seed phrase.
